Leaver's Shirts How to Order
If you are interested in placing an order with Oak Apple Embroidery you can contact us to discuss your general requirements either by e-mail or telephone and if required we can then send you a full Leaver’s Shirts Order Pack.
This will include:
- Product Brochure
- Design Options
- Design Instruction Sheet
- Price List
- Check List
- Once you have decided upon your favoured designs for both the front and backs of the garments together with the styles of garments you will be ordering we can then give you a detailed quotation.
We do not have a minimum order policy but some back designs are obviously not so suitable for small year groups and for orders of 24 garments or less (these can be a mix of styles and colours) we do add 10% to the quoted prices to cover the higher production costs.
- If this meets with your approval we shall get the embroidery design set up together with the artwork for any printing on the backs. Samples of these will be sent to you for approval. All this can be undertaken while you are finalising the quantities/sizes etc of your order.
- Once the samples are approved we are then ready for production.
- At this stage we shall need your complete order giving details of garment styles, size, colours and quantities and any personalising details required. We can supply you with order forms for this if it is easier for you.
- Delivery will be made 15-20 working days from receipt of your final order details and design approval.
- Delivery can be made to your school or a private address and is made by over-night courier.
- All design, artwork, delivery and VAT charges are included in the quoted prices.
- Pre-payment is required if payment is made by private cheque. If the school is to be invoiced we require written confirmation from the school to this effect.
