How to get a quotation:
Once you have decided on the designs for the front and backs of your hoodies and the style of garments you are interested in simply call or e-mail us with a rough idea of the quantities and we can then give you an instant quotation.

We do not have a minimum order policy but some back designs are obviously not so suitable for small year groups and for orders of 24 garments or less (these can still be a mix of styles and colours) we do add 10% to the quoted prices to cover the higher production costs.

Please ensure that you have the permission from the school or college to use their emblem.

Design Set Up:
If you are happy with the quote and want to go ahead, e-mail us a copy of your school emblem and if you are having one of the designs made up of all the leavers names, then we'll also need the year group list at this stage. We shall then get the embroidery design set up together with the artwork for any printing on the backs.  Samples of these will be sent to you for approval. This takes about four or five working days and we can get this all done while you are still collecting the individual order details from everyone at your end.

Once the samples are approved we are then ready for production.
 
Order Details:
At this stage we shall need your complete order giving details of garment styles, size, colours and quantities and any personalising details required.  We can supply you with order forms for this if it is easier for you, otherwise an excel or word document is ideal.

Payment:
All design, artwork, delivery and VAT charges are included in the quoted prices.

Pre-payment is required if payment is made by private cheque.  If the school is to be invoiced we require written confirmation from the school to this effect.

Delivery:
Delivery will be made 15-20 working days from receipt of your final order details and design approval, depending upon our workload.

Delivery is free of charge to UK mainland addresses, and can be made to your school or a private address by over-night courier.
