How to Order

It you are local you are most welcome to visit our premises or alternatively we can come and discuss your requirements in the comfort of your own offices.  However with the wonders of new technology we can successfully fulfil even the most complicated orders by telephone, e-mail or snail-mail without a problem – in fact it’s often the most time efficient method.  We can even take payment by credit or debit card over the phone.

The process:

  1. Design:  There are three different ways we can produce a design for you:

    a) We can either re-produce your own logo or emblem which will involve an initial set-up cost which we can quote on sight of the design.

    b) We have a library of literally thousands of stock designs which can be incorporated with text of your choice to create a distinctive logo for your club or company.  In this way the design set-up charge can be kept to the minimum with a standard charge of just £5.00.

    c) For utmost simplicity we can set-up a text only design which we will undertake completely free of charge.



  2. Garments:  Either browse through our on-line catalogue (opens in new browser page) or if you prefer contact us and we can send you a brochure to leaf through at your leisure.  Our customer services team are always on hand to give you advice on any of the garments, and can also source other items which may not be illustrated within our standard range. Once you have chosen your preferred garments and supplied us with your design requirements we can then put together a quotation.

  3. If the quotation is acceptable, we can then get the design set-up and run off on our embroidery machines as a sample for your approval.  No items will proceed to production until you have approved the design sample in writing.

  4. Once we have received approval, your order is then scheduled for production and depending upon the size of the order, and of course your own delivery requirements, should be delivered to you within 5-10 working days.

  5. Orders can be collected from our offices or delivered to you by royal mail, or over-night courier, depending upon the size of the order.

  6. Once the order is complete your details remain on our files for  future orders.  Provided you use the same design there will not be another set-up charge, repeat orders will only be charged at the quoted price for the individual garment/product.

 

Payment – for your first order we require payment from you prior to the job going into production. 

You can then apply for a credit account for any future orders.
